1. Who we are

Desi Rang is a walk-in restaurant with online ordering at Shop 3, Lower Ground, Pakland Trader Centre, F-7 Markaz, Islamabad 44210. WhatsApp and phone: +923317711116.

2. Placing an order

• An order placed on the website is a request. It becomes a confirmed order when we confirm it on WhatsApp or by call.
• We may decline or change an order when an item has run out, your area is outside our delivery range, we are closed, or we cannot reach you. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
• Please give a correct name, mobile number and address. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong details.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Pakistani rupees and are the prices shown at the time you order. We may change the menu and prices at any time; confirmed orders are not affected.
• Any applicable tax is shown at checkout or told to you when we confirm the order.
• Payment is in cash on delivery or when you collect, unless an online payment option is offered at checkout.
• For delivery orders the total includes the rider charge shown at checkout.

4. Minimum order and delivery charges

• The minimum order is Rs. 700, excluding delivery charges.
• Delivery is by our own riders in the areas of Islamabad and Rawalpindi listed on the website. The rider charge is Rs. 200 within about 10 km of F-7 Markaz and Rs. 300 beyond that. The charge for your area is shown before you order.
• If your area is not listed, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether we can deliver.

5. Opening hours and timing

• We are open daily from 9 am to 9 pm, Pakistan time. Online orders are taken until 9 pm; orders sent after that are confirmed the next morning.
• Delivery and collection times we give you are estimates. Traffic, weather and busy periods can change them, and we will keep you informed on WhatsApp.
• Some dishes are made to order and need advance notice. We tell you the earliest time when we confirm.

6. Takeaway

Takeaway orders are collected from our restaurant at Shop 3, Lower Ground, Pakland Trader Centre, F-7 Markaz, Islamabad 44210 at the time we agree. If you are running late, message us so we can keep your order in good condition.

7. Frozen items

Items from the frozen range are made to order and need 24 hours' notice; we confirm the collection or delivery time with you after you order. They are supplied frozen unless we agree otherwise. Keep them frozen, and cook them as described on the packaging or in our instructions. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

8. Changes and cancellations

• You can change or cancel an order free of charge until we confirm it.
• After confirmation, message us as soon as possible. If preparation has already started, we may charge for the items already prepared.
• We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you at the number given, the address is wrong, or the rider cannot access it. Where you have already paid, we refund the amount not used.

9. If something is wrong with your order

Check your order when it arrives. If an item is missing, wrong or not in good condition, tell us on WhatsApp at +923317711116 as soon as possible, ideally with a photo. We will replace the item, credit your next order or refund it, depending on what is fair in the situation.

10. Allergies and dietary information

• Our kitchen handles nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, wheat and soy, and dishes are prepared in the same space, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is free of an allergen.
• Tell us about allergies in the order notes or on WhatsApp before we confirm; we will tell you honestly whether a dish is suitable.
• “Vegetarian” describes the ingredients of the dish; it is not a certification.

11. Using the website

• Use the website only to place genuine orders. Do not place fake orders, use automated tools, or interfere with the website's security.
• The Desi Rang name, logo, photos and text belong to Desi Rang and may not be copied without permission.
• We may suspend ordering for anyone who misuses the website.

12. Our responsibility

We take care to prepare food safely and to describe it accurately. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you and that cannot be limited.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will always try to settle any problem with you directly first; otherwise the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are covered by the terms in force when they were placed.
